As one of my first clients, the New Agrarian Center got to deal with all my growing pains as a webmaster, with more than their fair share of lost email and web confusion. However, creating their site taught me how to ride the bike of web mastering – I scraped my knees a lot and spent more than enough late nights trying to figure out why my servers kept crashing, but as I learned new techniques and started to figure out what I was doing, their site has improved quite a bit.
I first met the NAC through an ad in my art room for an organization that needed new logos. A hundred bucks was more than enough for a couple hours of my time, so I photoshopped the NAC logos for them:

I don’t know how it turned into a webmastering job, but somehow I ended up designing their website. Over the years, more and more features have been added to the (now three) sites – photo galleries, calendars, workshop-signup forms…
